Development and Service Centre

Luovi Vocational College functions as a development and service centre for special needs education. We offer expert services in special needs education for educational institutions and other co-operation partners. Our service provision covers counselling, guidance and consultancy, as well as diverse training courses. The aim is to promote recognition of special needs students’ support needs and to ensure that these are taken into account when planning and implementing studies.
